Our Astragalus Root Tea is made from carefully selected, dried astragalus root slices, traditionally used in herbal preparations. This mildly sweet, earthy root can be enjoyed as a warm tea or simmered for a richer, more robust infusion.
To prepare, place 3 to 4 root slices in a cup, add boiling water, and allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger brew, the root can also be gently simmered. This simple preparation highlights the root’s natural character and subtle sweetness.
